Contact Me for more information   Ordering Info / Terms & Conditions   * After your initial inquiry, we will discuss your ideas, preferences and style. Also I will ask about you and your pet or pets so that I get to know their character a bit. *Next I will look through the photos that you send me, either posted or emailed. ( Please See Photo Taking Tips ) We may discuss the decisions about the portrait. * I do require a 50% non-refundable  deposit, that will be applied towards the total price, before I will begin your portrait. * When your portrait is finished I will send a picture of the final product for your approval either by post or email. *Upon receiving written or email confirmation that you are satisfied, I will require the balance due. As soon as I receive the balance due I will ship your portrait to you. * I do retain full reproduction copyright on each portrait. * There is a lead time on portraits depending upon how many pieces I am working on.  If you have a special date in mind, such as a birthday, let me know and I will do what is possible to get the portrait to you in time.
